I want to change. Especially my body, but also my mind. I want to have control of myself and feel fit and confident.
At this moment, I weigh around 132 lbs (60kg). I want to bring that down to 120. I'm 5'6"ish.
This blog is for remembering myself why I'm doing this, why i'm putting all this effort in losing 10 lbs. I'd only be completely satisfied if I could inspire others tho.
